We recently had a RO installed. The salesman (Cody) was excellent as were the two techs. Everything Cody promised was delivered.

Terrible service sent me coolers with holes in them draining my coolers before I can even use it and refused to give me my refund after telling me that was the resolution. Better off ordering a cooler from Walmart or Kroger or something and that manager Michelle was very rude and wasn’t trying to assist me wouldn’t recommend to anyone a scam and waste of money

I love their customer service. I am a first time customer using their softener services. I also pick up water for my dispenser. The sweet lady at the front desk was informative and helpful. The tech who came to my home was very patient and answered all my questions. Impressive.
