Yesterday, I noticed that one of the two springs on my garage door was completely broken. Unfortunately, my truck was stuck inside the garage. I called Crawford & Brinkman. They quoted me a price range. I asked when they could come out. She said “tomorrow morning before 11. I must tell you, I was pleasantly surprised that the technician arrived before 10:30. He was very well spoken and he was a huge help. With a lot of effort he was able to get the door open and released my truck from captivity. Within an hour, he was completely done replacing both springs (recommended). He had an invoice ready for me and I was more than willing to pay him. The invoice was actually less than the quoted amount. I was amazed about 3 things: (1) The technician was super professional and friendly. (2) The invoice amount was lower than quoted price. (3) They came to my home in less than 24 hours. He had the correct parts on his truck, and fixed the problem very quickly. I believe his name was Keith. I highly recommend this company for handling garage door issues.
