Great company and honest. Ocean state rocks!!!! Great prices. This place needs to advertise on the TV. All these other places want $300 just to walk in your door. My furnace went down a few years back. I called around. Was blown off 3 times by 1 guy. 2nd place said wait 4 days. I have no heat in the middle of winter. Ocean state came asap. And "Will" came back on Saturday to put new computer board for furance. I will never forget ocean state was there for me in my darkest hour.
They take on a project and complete it as if it was in their own home Removed my current ductwork and completely installed a better , more efficient air flow system. Took 1 day, tested all vents , coils , thermostat and outside unit before they left. They even suggested, NOT to install an additional air vent and told me the reasons. The management team, Bill, Allison and Jimmy are great people as well as professional and technical. The field staff are all accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable. I have met many of them in the years I have used Ocean State....Will, Russell, Nevada and the 2 Greg's. Highly recommend.
I had Navada come to my home to clean my furnace and check on my leaking Central air system. I had someone else quote me and they said I needed an entirely new unit. He was absolutely amazing!!!! He walked me through the entire process and explained everything that was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it for me, but also letting me know the unit is very old and will at some point soon need to be replaced. He could have told me he would need to come back to fix the AC unit or it needed to be replaced seeing that he was out just to quote but he didn’t. He stayed and made sure my unit was fixed so that we would be up and running that day. We have a heat wave coming next week and temps are already pretty warm.l! Pricing was definitely fair. I would recommend this company to anyone and I honestly don’t think I will ever use anyone else for my AC and furnace needs. Awesome Company with a magnificent staff that works seamlessly together. So happy that I called them, they were a referral from a neighbor thrilled with the install of a full central air system just days ago... As a bonus they have an incredible superhero with a fabulous mind for painlessly resolving issues, she instantly saw and corrected the errors In my system. Any issue with your system call them, thrilled I did and Incredibly grateful!!!! I didn't even ask how much and just hoped to be treated fairly, Indeed I was!!!
I used Ocean State Mechanical to install ductwork and a heat pump for our house. This was in May 2020, it was a challenging project retrofitting an old house, but they did it. Now almost two years later, I have a lot of positive things to say about them. They did a great job; they have knowledgeable technicians, and they are easy to work with. They are a smallish company, so you get the same crew every time. I will definitely use them again when my other A/C system needs repair or replacement.
