Josh with Covenant is very knowledgeable and kind and responsive. What a great business owner. His right hand guy Matt, worked at our office for several weeks, completely redoing our building alarm system. Matt was very respectful and communicated the steps they were taking along the way. Highly recommend!

Hands down best Fire Alarm company in the salem/Keizer and surrounding areas. Josh is super knowledgeable and always gets the job done on time and at a reasonable price. Definitely call them for your fire alarm and low voltage electrical needs.
Josh Pickering and his crew installed our Building Fire System recently. I am very critical of my contractors because I am very critical of myself. I expect everyone to do a job as well as, or better, than I would do it myself. Josh and his team did exactly that. Never have I been so impressed with a complete building installation as I have with them. Each of the building alarms, pull stations, fireboxes, smoke detectors, etc. were installed with expertise and precision. Even the Fire Marshall said he had never had an inspection go as well as the one in our building. ANY HOME or BUSINESS owner should feel completely comfortable in calling Covenant Systems for your fire system installation or repair - and they cleaned up just as well as they installed, also took about a week less than they anticipated to complete the job. They are also SUPER friendly and easy to talk to, willing to explain anything you might not understand about what they are doing, what you are seeing, and how the system in your home or office will operate. They also provide excellent monitoring of alarms (not that we have one yet - :-D ). Call them today!!
Josh is True professional! He diagnosed, repaired, and provided detailed information on a security system that is 20- years old - in less than an hour! AND - very affordable. Covenant is now my go-to for all my security needs!
