Great shoe/ boot repair. Ive had myboots done here 2x and my dress shoes 2x. Quality repair and resole services. My most recent repair was putting a completely different sole type on my boot and the end product turned out as good as new from the factory
I came to this place based on their reviews and left extremely disappointed. Brought 2 pairs of leather/sued boots to replace the heel soul. Was charged $89 upfront and told to come back in two weeks. Came yesterday as scheduled, first was given somebody else’s boots. Then after 15 min of search through the entire store my boots were found. Turned out that instead of replacing the leather covering the heel it was just painted! I was told that the other option would cost $30 more, so they “didn’t even offer”. On top of that, the heel on one boot just almost fell off after 2 hours of wearing it today. So now I need to run to any store to buy a pair of shoes to survive a work day. Very-very unprofessional and poor service. Do not recommend.
First time customer and the experience was amazing. I brough 4 pair of shoes, one in emergency as it needed a repair in the same day (they were very nice to understand the situation and accomodate), the other 3 pairs required different repairs and I got them all fixed on time and with a great quality, they look like new. Pricing is affordable and customer service is great. I definitely recommend this place for your shoes.
