Absolute top notch service. We moved into a new home that had a serious mouse and bug issue. PMSI came out and identified the problem critters and began treatment right away. What sets them apart: • They back their service with a no-questions-asked warranty. If you see further issues, no matter how small, just call and they will send someone out ASAP free of charge. • They don't try to upsell on services or un-needed treatments, they simply lay out all your options and you can pick one-time treatments, quarterly treatments, etc. • We have pets and young ones in the house and they have safer alternatives available. • We always get the same technician, Jeramiah, which is great because he knows our house and the history. Jeramiah is such an awesome guy and is genuinely exceptional at his job. Every visit, he goes above and beyond in his treatments, he is patient with every question, and always focuses on making sure we feel comfortable and protected in our own home. It’s rare to meet someone who takes this much pride in their work. Jeramiah is a big reason why we trust PMSI as much as we do. • I can’t stress enough how much PMSI cares about their customers. It’s refreshing and honestly hard to find these days. • I will never use another pest control company. To put this in perspective - another company knocked on our door and offered a full year of free service, and we still turned it down. That’s how good PMSI (and especially Jeramiah) treats us. 10/10 would recommend without hesitation.
