Some wonderful people work at this rather adorably named shop. My serpentine belt came off due to a failed tensioner on my way down to Boston, and they were able to get me turned around in under 24 hours! I wish we had more places like this in Boston!

Took care of several years of overdue maintenance in a day. Kept me updated on everything that was noted during inspection - specifying upcoming issues to be aware of without pushing me to fix everything on the spot. The entire process was easy even with dropping off & picking up after hours due to my work schedule.

Vinny and crew are the best! His team has kept our Saturns running since he opened. Most recently, he fixed my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. I had installed a lift kit, and the electronic stabilizer light kept going off. The place that did the alignment and installed the off road tires couldn't figure it out, the dealership couldn't figure it out, and the original installer couldn't figure it out. I asked Vinny if he'd give it a go. Presto he FIXED it. Come to find out they could have installed the lift kit! Lesson learned! AAA+++

They could have done thousands of dollars' worth of work, but instead, they told me that even if the repairs were completed, my car's engine could—and likely would—fail at any time, and it wouldn’t be worth the investment. Based on that conversation, I ended up buying a used car, which they checked out for me. They pointed out a couple of things I should get fixed or updated before the 90-day warranty expired, which I was able to. I really appreciate their honesty and their ability to fit me in when needed. I won’t go anywhere else for car repairs!
