There's a reason my family and I have been relying on Cosby for three generations. We needed a repair during one of the coldest times this winter-- even though our furnace conked out after hours, Carl the Technician was here by 10am the next morning. He returned to do some additional maintenance, and did a great job for a fair price.
We are very happy with Cosby and especially our tech Levi. Levi was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Explaining everything thoroughly. The installer’s of our new furnace were great also. I would definitely recommend Cosby.
Joe from Cosby is the best tech. Honest, skilled, experienced, courteous. He services furnace and a/c twice a year, follows the specs for our furnace. When we wanted to improve the air return flow he designed and installed a wider duct to improve air flow caused by a bottleneck. Reasonable prices for highly skilled work.
Andrew that serviced our boiler quickly isolated the issue and had the failed part in his truck. He is a professional and completely understands how boilers function. It was reassuring that he completed an annual service after completing the repair and found no issues after a good cleaning. He fully answered all my questions and it was a pleasure to meet him.
