Excellent service and polite technicians. I’m building a new house and needed installation on several appliances that I bought from various places. I called three different companies and here’s what I got: 1. Core answered the phone, got the information and provided a quote. 2. Another company I called and left a message - still haven’t heard back from them. 3. The last company I called was almost double the price. I scheduled Core to come out and they texted when the technician was on the way and Tim showed up within the time window provided. Unfortunately they do more repairs than installations and didn’t tell me I needed the installation kits. While inconvenient, Tim let me know exactly what I needed and showed up the following day to do the installation. Tim was excellent with communication and made sure I knew what he did and what I needed to check to make sure everything was in order. I definitely recommend this company!
