Very happy with our service from Chimney Pro Cleaners. Niv and Bar were very knowledgeable and helpful with their recommendations. They were also friendly and very professional. They were able to do an inspection and cleaning for our fireplace that hadn’t been serviced in about 10 years. I feel that they were honest and only recommend things that were absolutely necessary. Very happy overall. I also felt the pricing was fair and competitive.

Very shady. Don’t trust these guys. They did a 2 minute visual inspection and told us we needed a cleaning and a new shroud on our chimney. Then expected us to pay $189 for the “service call” but didn’t actually do any work. They were going to have to come back to do the cleaning which was an additional fee. The guy was very pushy and aggressive and seemed completely dishonest. The entire experience was terrible.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Chimney Pro Cleaners. I had a chimney cap replaced, new logs, and needed a service call because my damper was misaligned. They have been very professional, punctual and priced as expected. I highly recommend them!
