Matt was very professional and communicative. He called ahead before arriving so I could meet him at the location and quickly diagnosed the issue with the washer. I really appreciated the prompt and efficient service. Highly recommend!

Dishwasher giving short starts and stops. Repairman found nothing wrong on examination and thinks it may have possibly been a partially frozen pipe at the time. Working fine now. Repairman friendly and efficient and explained things well. Would like to have him again if and when needed for appliances.

I was dealing with an issue on my kitchen aid refrigerator not cooling. Convenient appliance services was able to have someone come out to me in a timely manner, diagnose the issue and provide me with a timeline on what’s to come with the repair. Gaberial the technician assigned to the work was beyond great. Informative, transparent, and friendly. I wish I could give 6 stars because I would! Now my fridge is up and running again and life can go back to its normal routine. Thanks guys!
