One of the cooling fans went out on our laptop that we use for our CNC. I called Computer Phd, spoke with Mr. James about it. Made an appointment to meet him to get it dropped off for repairs. It was a Quick service, picked it back up within a the week with cooling fans changed and running great!! Appreciate the great customer service and fast turnaround!!

I'm relatively new to computers and I've been having some problems with my computer and I didn't understand what was going on with it. So I called James and I asked him for help, He was very quick to answer and to help me out with my problem. All it took was me dropping it off to him, and in 2 days he completely fixed my computers issues and kept me well informed on what was happening, even sending videos of my computer throughout the process. James is very professional and a very smart guy as he also taught me some stuff that I was also doing wrong. All in all James is the man to go too if your having problems with your computer.
