Went in for a brake fluid flush that I purchased on Groupon, which was a great deal. Ty did an awesome job and pointed out something that will need to be repaired soon. Got a quote from him and will definitely be back. Super easy to make an appointment by phone call. Auto repair shops can be intimidating but they're friendly, fair and knowledgeable!
Ty is the best! I had such a great experience getting my oil done. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I was comfortable the entire process. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and about his clients. I 100% trust him and will absolutely be coming back and recommending them to others.
Thomas and his staff at Competitive Auto are incredible. They had a fast turnaround, were super easy to work with, and never once made my wife or me feel intimidated for not knowing much about cars. At 78 years of age I have been to over 50 auto repair shops in my life. None compare to Competitive Auto Repair. The owner and head mechanic Tom is one amazing man. First off, our 2014 Buick's A/C stopped working. I went to Tom who gave me his estimate. I told him I would bring back the vehicle for him to repair once I cleared off my balance on my current credit card. Then we had a loud clicking noice coming from the dash. After that, the Buick started to overhead. I had no idea how much it was going to cost but came up with my guess. Tom gave me his repair price for $400 LESS than what I had guessed. When my credit card company did not approve the total, they said I could use my card for only $500 until they received the payment I had made yesterday. Tom said ok, come back Monday and let me take my car home. What a man. You are my mechanic for life.
