It is not uncommon for me to receive a phone call from other IT companies asking to do business with my practice. I am always quick to state that I am completely satisfied with Cinch IT. I have been doing business with Cinch IT for many years and at any given time during the work day, I am able to speak with a tech in Support. They are quick to address any issues as well as come into the office for monthly checks on the system. Being a local company is especially helpful. If I need to purchase equipment, they advise on the best, cost effective route to take in getting what my staff needs. Thank you, Cinch IT staff, for always keeping o...
