One of my gaming PC components got fried during a storm. I didn’t have the tools to fully diagnose the problem. The owner was able to quickly diagnose the problem and pinpointed the problem part. Got a replacement and was up and running! Very happy with the shop’s service. The couple is very friendly and kept me updated regularly all along the way. Super happy with my repair! He even cable managed for me and made it look even better than I could! Haha

My son's laptop crashed. Jim was able to reload everything and get it back up and running. He and his wife were so helpful and kind. Tekshop will now be my 'go to' place for computer issues. Highly recommend!

Jim built my PC for me as I just didn't have the time. The parts were sitting around for a couple of months and I have some travel coming up. I found this family business close to my home, but I would drive an hour to go back here if I had to. Jim has a wealth of knowledge earned over decades of experience. He works quickly, efficiently, his pricing is more than fair, and he and his wife are a pleasure to deal with. Maybe I will intentionally break something to see them again. Highly recommended.
