Took my laptop in because I was careless and it may have fallen and broken. Dropped it off on Saturday and it was discovered that is was not fixable and she never charged me for the work or the part. Even offered me a demo but I haven't made any decisions yet. Great customer service. Prompt and very pleasant I highly recommend!!
Amazing work, outstanding price would have happily paid more. Can not recommend enough . Was only a 1 day turnaround from sending product to be serviced to having it received back perfect condition . She had no issue working on a gaming laptop.
I needed a screen replacement and Toni got me in that same day. She even stayed open late both days for my to drop off my laptop. I had it back within 3 days and the price was very reasonable! Would definitely reccomend her services.
Toni was knowledgeable, professional, and expeditious. I expected the repair to take a couple of days, and was surprised to have it ready in a couple of hours. Cost of repair was also quite reasonable. You can bet that I will be using this service again if needed!
