Can't recommend Blake enough! The hinge/corner of my laptop was cracked, and I was worried I may need an entirely new laptop. Blake knew exactly how to fix the issue and was able to replace the part in just a few hours. His rates are also very reasonable for the level of expertise he provides. Great experience across the board!
I called last Thursday to see if they could resolve a charging problem with my laptop as well as what their rates and turnaround time would be. Blake gave me some rates and a time frame that could get it back to me on Monday or in another week and a half, depending on the problem. I was a little unsettled to discover there's not actually a storefront; Blake has to come down from the second floor where his office is to let customers in. But he called when I was driving home to say that the repair was done and would cost only about 20 percent of what he quoted me on the phone. The laptop seems fine now.
Blake and Computer Concierge are excellent and highly recommended. Very accessible and reasonably priced. They helped diagnose a laptop that suddenly died and were able to set up a new laptop with the same hard drive to make for a smooth transition in very little time. They will be my first call for any future computer issues.
