I had a slab poured for a metal building, during the pour I mentioned that the back corner was not level and I was told that it would level after the pour was complete. Well it never leveled and when they set the building the back corner was at least 2 inches low. The floor is not level. Additionally the bid said there would be rebar around the footers (written on bid/receipt) no rebar was used. I was also charged an additional $500 over the quoted price because they said additional site prep was needed. However, Site prep was was discussed in the bid. I wanted to use a local provider but all said and done, I wish my floor was level.
