My laptop (a Mac Book Pro) met with an accident involving some water a few weeks back. I was panicked and took it straight to the Mac Store who were less than helpful about data recovery which was one of my main concerns. Comp-Pros called me within a couple of hours to let me know what the damage was, and the state of my data. Repairs were seen to promptly, despite a slight hitch with a part that they sent for, but was in fact faulty. We had a phone call diagnosing the problem with our laptop within an hour of dropping it off. We authorized the repair, and it was done quickly and efficiently. All of our questions were answered, and further support was offered should we have any problems. The price was quite reasonable. I would definitely do business with them in the future, and I highly recommend their competent and speedy service.

André is our go-to repair guy in West LA! A+ for efficiency and know-how, computer repairs and can think outside the box to do what's right for this customers.
