Commercial Tire

Noah Erdmann provided service above and beyond. I have an 2009, Toyota Tacoma, that had a broken Wheel Center Cap. Noah searched for two weeks for a replacement. I highly recommend going to Commercial Tire. In addition to the Wheel Center Cap, I had my tires rotated, the oil changed, and the serpentine belt replaced. I have used the services at Commercial Tire for over ten years. The prices are fair, the employees are friendly, helpful, and professional.

Ron, Tony, and Noah are the G.O.A.Ts when it comes to taking care of their customers. They knocked out my needs with ease and without charging me on a service I requested(but didn’t need). Skip the trip to Valvoline and hit up the guys are this commercial tire!

It kills me to write such a poor review, but it is well-warranted. Commercial Tire (Overland & Cole) used to be my go-to tire store. Unfortunately, they told me my front tire tread was too low to rotate after only 20,000 miles (see photo), even though these are 60,000-mile tires I purchased at this exact store. Their recommendation was to drive another 5,000 miles and just replace them at the next oil change. Here’s a better idea: I’ll go across the street to Les Schwab to rotate my tires and service my three vehicles and two-trailer fleet. It’s vital to trust the companies working on my vehicles, and that trust is gone.

Great staff. Quick work. Took my vehicle on for new brakes. Significantly better quote than the dealership. Friendly and kind. Commercial Tire has not disappointed us yet.

I recently brought my truck in for an oil change and tire swap service. Tony, Noah, and the team provided exceptional customer service, answering all of my questions respectfully and offering helpful suggestions. I typically visit the competitor across the street, but this positive experience has me reconsidering where I’ll take my vehicle for service in the future.
