College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Washington DC

Several of my items were completely damaged. One of the hunks smelled of weed and was useless. Move took twice the time. I have never received such poor service in my life. I saw my food items literally rolling in the parking lot because these people were so incredibly incompetent. Two of the items damaged cost more than the entire amount of the move, also lost the braces of the sideboard, how am I going to put theshelves now?. No refund, no insurance, do not care.

We booked a donation pickup / junk removal service with College Hunks in Washington, DC. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The booking was quick and easy to make, and although I received one or two phone calls and texts from sales reps, they were not pushy in the slightest and answered all my questions. I received a phone call in advance of the service to talk through logistics, which was also very helpful and made me feel more prepared. On the day of, Matthew and George were phenomenal. They worked quickly and handled all of our stuff with great care. I truly appreciated their professionalism and flexibility (we had more items for them to haul away than I had initially planned). I highly recommend College Hunks if you've got a lot of stuff to get rid of in a short amount of time!
