Our garage door failed at 8pm on a weeknight. Coastline answered my call that evening and a technician came at 9am the following morning. After a quick spring replacement, our door was restored to normal function. Thanks to Coastline for their great response time and quality work.
Our garage door stopped working on Friday night. I reached out to Coastline on Saturday morning and Jaime was out at our house at 12:30. He diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in under an hour. Very nice and very professional. Being able to get weekend service was wonderful and I love that they are local. Highly recommend
What a great local company. I'm so impressed with the service, professionalism, punctuality, and cost. My garage door lost a cable and was so crooked it was coming out of the tracks. I thought I had caused more damage trying to fix it myself. I called and had a technician (Paul) at my house withing an hour. He had it fixed and running like new in no time. The cost was beyond reasonable, they come to fix the problem, not upsell you on service you don't need. They also keep you in the loop via text every step of they way. I will never work on a garage door again, I will always call Coastline Overhead Door first. Thank you again guys!
Jamie was absolutely fantastic! He came out and quoted what was actually needed to get the job done and where WE needed to be. I love that he is a local family owned and operated business! He sincerely cared about our situation and gave us all the information we needed. He fixed our issue, gave us a game plan for future updates. Jamie was amazing! He came himself on a SUNDAY to help me out of the garage. Of course my husband was golfing and I needed to run errands but the garage door broke from wear and tear. Jamie came within the hour of me calling and saved the day. I could not be happier with the quick response and communication.
