We worked with Carol on our closet project almost two years ago, and we’re still so happy with the results. She took the time to walk us through our needs, the functional items we wanted, and the “nice-to-have” features for our shared master walk-in closet. We just got our master bedroom walking closet installed by Closet Factory. The experience from beginning to end was wonderful. The designer Denise House expertise and knowledge was superb. She took the time to explain the whole process to myself and my husband. Even giving us pointers on how to utilize the spaces in our closet. The installer Jonathan Shannon’s customer service and professionalism were on display during the installation process . He made sure he had all the necessary equipments to complete the job. Once the job was completed, he cleaned up behind himself and left no mess for the homeowner to clean. I had a pantry consisting of wire shelving that had been driving me crazy for 2 years. I spent several months comparing different companies and researching alternatives before finally settling on closet factory. Barbara my design consultant was quick to respond with an on-site evaluation of my needs. In the same visit she quickly designed a solution that was absolutely perfect for my pantry. It now holds so much more freeing up cabinet space and is adjustable so it can change when my needs change. Mike my installer was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable and made sure that the end result was perfect. I am so happy I chose closet factory.
