I am so incredibly grateful to Scott and Clockwise Antique Clock Repair! I simply can’t say enough about how kind and knowledgeable Scott was when he came to my home to repair our family grandfather clock that my Dad gifted my Mom with on Christmas, 1972. They both recently passed and I was the fortunate family member who inherited this treasure. I did a little research on the brand/make/model and knew it wouldn’t be an easy or convenient fix.. But Scott didn’t let that deter him one bit! He applied his exceptional knowledge and skill and had this beautiful clock chiming again in no time which took me right back to my childhood years. And all done at a much more affordable price than I anticipated! These days it can be quite challenging to find excellent customer service and Scott went above and beyond! So on behalf of the Leone family we are so very grateful to you and Clockwise for giving us back this gift of keeping time!

Scott is well-educated in clocks! He repaired a 45 year-old Grandfather clock for me. I was pleasantly surprised at his repair prices and timeframe of returning my sentimental clock! The BEST part is - once I got my clock home, I had questions about getting the time reset to begin the chiming, Scott was extremely patient with instructing me over the phone!!

I can't say enough good things about Clockwise Clock Repair. Scott did such a fantastic job on three clocks I brought to him, which I purchased from estate sales here in Nashville. He was accommodating in informing me on setting them and even offered to help if any questions or concerns arose. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for vintage or antique clock needs.
