This company had my car a month before they even looked at it to tell me what was wrong. Then wanted to charge me $3k to fix it. They charge over $200 for diagnostics and I didn’t know that. Every time I called someone was rude to me on the phone. I just wanted to check on my car… I was able to buy all the parts and spent less that $300 and I have another mechanic working on my car and he’s not even charging me close to what they were. Most of their charges come from labor, which is trash cause half the work wouldn’t take more than an hr to fix. Especially if you know what you’re doing. I do not recommend this place at all. They gonna charge you an arm, leg, and lung to repair. DONT GO HERE!!
Reply!! Just to be clear…. Since you wanna reply. I did not have sugar in my tank. You talking about the wrong person. I have proof of everything.
My repair was my wheel bearings and tie rods.. check who yall replying too. I have the texts and emails as well. I also recorded every single call. I know what I’m talking about. Don’t worry I don’t want anymore services from yall.
I love this auto shop, the people there were fun, engaging and funny. I was going to catch the bus home since they had a few orders ahead of mine. I was told nope you're not gonna take a bus anywhere, he got my car in right away. He ordered the parts and watched when they arrived. He helped me with setting up a easier way to pay for the work they did on my car. I could go on and on about the great service I received and that I enjoyed every moment of sitting there in good company while they worked on my car. Thank you guys so much.
I appreciate how they handle service. My check engine light came on, and they were able to squeeze me in for a diagnostic the same day I called. The technician took the time to explain the sensor issue, offered a clear price upfront, and had it fixed within two hours. No upselling, no mystery—just efficient, professional problem-solving.
On November 28th, I dropped off my vehicle (a 2011 Ford Escape) to this shop informing them that my concern was a bad front ball joint and uneven wear on my tires to the point that threads were becoming visible. I was informed an inspection would take place to verify the issue.
At some points between then and December 5th, I requested updates regarding receiving an estimate.
On December 5th, (1 week later) I was given an update. They apologized for the delay in notifying me citing "several unexpected changes and uncontrollable events that have affected our workflow." They would send me an estimate soon.
On December 8th, I was given an estimate stating that I would need a new starter and acknowledging the issue I noted with my tires. At this point, they had not yet confirmed any issues with the ball joint and suggested authorizing the starter repair so that they may get the truck onto their lifts. I authorized this.
Between calls and texts to the shop made on December 12th, 14th, 21st, 27th and 28th, I was led to voicemails in at least 3 different calls to the shop. I was responded to in texts with acknowledgment of delays and requesting my patience and understanding in completing repairs.
On December 30th via text after business hours, I informed the shop of my desire to take back my vehicle.
On January 3rd, I visited the shop, spoke with a gentleman that I did not identify and acknowledged I would be removing my truck and arranging for a tow to a different location. It was agreed upon that the charge for the diagnostics would be waived.
On January 4th, I had my truck towed to a different shop.
I selected this shop based off of its reviews and it's seeming commitment to quality. These are all the records as I noted them through this process. Make your own decision based upon my experiences alongside others.
Personally, this process and plea for patience has costed me significantly. I need my truck for my work and being without it for (as of the time of this review) 37 days and counting has costed me over $1.3k in fares/fees for rentals or rides to work. That number is rising. It has caused me high stress where I did not know what was going on and all interactions asked me for more patience and understanding. Well, understand this. It has taken every fiber of my being to remain civil and professional through this. My "patience" and "understanding" were abused and my finances continue to suffer for it. I am spending more money cumulatively traveling to work than what this shop was requesting for the repairs in their incomplete estimate. There is no world where 37 days is a reasonable amount of time to fully diagnose a vehicle's issues despite "several unexpected changes and uncontrollable events that have affected our workflow."
I will never return to this shop.
