We worked with Kristi for blinds for our new home and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and so easy to work with. We had an issue with one of our blinds not charging several months after install and it was taken care without any questions. There was a delay in getting a new one shipped from the manufacturer but she always communicated and kept us updated and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
We recently updated our primary bathroom, and we were very pleased to work with Kristi at Benson's Interiors in Corvallis, OR. Kristi was very patient in answering all our questions and helped us through the process of selecting our tile choices. She even ordered sample tile pieces so that we could visualize it in the remodeling space. All the tile pieces we chose were from Happy Floors B-Natural line: Kaolin 24" x 48" for the floor tiles. Silver Taupe 12' x 24' for wall tiles. Kaolin Rhombus mosaic sheets 13' x 14" for the shower floor. Kaolin 2" x 2" mosaic (12 x12" sheets) for the shower nich. Kaolin 3" x 24" bullnose for baseboard trim. We were happy with the tile products and working with Benson's Interiors on this project. We feel the outcome of the bathroom was outstanding.
We recently hired Benson to install carpet in our new home. The staff were friendly and easy to work with from the initial visit through the end of the project. The installation team did a great job and their work showed professionalism and attention to detail. Would highly recommend Benson if you're considering a flooring project.
We've used Benson's for our flooring on a number of occasions, most recently when re-doing the carpeting in a bedroom. The process was easy every step of the way, from selecting the carpet through installation. We especially appreciated how accommodating Kristi was when it came to scheduling the installation.
I have worked with Kristie from Benson’s on numerous home improvement projects. The most recent project was installing new pre finished hardwood on about 1700 square feet of my downstairs. Kristie was awesome during the entire process. The communication was fantastic, the workers exceptional and I love the finished project. Kristie goes above and beyond on the customer service side and makes process smooth from start to finish. I will continue using Benson’s for my home improvement needs.
