Clark Local Masonry recently made several repairs to my brick and mortar. Colten was able to come shortly after I initially contacted him and we walked all around my house looking for areas where water could get into my home, including the chimney. Another mason had totally ignored the chimney and other areas in the process of giving me a quote. Colten was very thorough and included everything. His quote was very reasonable and he was willing to work with me. I felt like he really cared about me and other customers as people and wanted to make the appropriate repairs to protect my home from further moisture getting in. He was able to get started shortly after we met before he started a larger job. He told me everything he was doing, answered all of my questions as I learned more about what to look for in the future. I’ve owned 4 homes but this is the first time I’ve owned a brick home. I learned a lot as he did the work. He went above and beyond making sure everything was well protected before he finished. He was reliable, did an excellent job…very competent at his craft…you can’t tell where he made repairs because everything blends in so well. He cleaned up completely after himself each of the 3 days he was at my home. When he was finished we walked around again and he pointed out what he’d done…the before and after. His customer service was excellent. In today’s world where it often seems like people don’t take pride in their work and don’t care about customers, Colten demonstrated that he does take pride and that he does care. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Clark Local Masonry and Colten. I recommend him very highly and have already passed his name along to other people including my son. I feel so relieved now knowing that no water can enter my home.
