Called about getting a wheel alignment. The owner was able to schedule me in the following day and completed the alignment within a hour. He also went over what alignment was before and how it is now which I found helpful since many places I’ve gone to never done such a thing. I can tell they take pride in their work and I’m glad to have a place nearby to take my vehicle for future needs.

Extremely great service!! Very honest and good prices. They understand my needs and fix the problems in no time. Plus all the personal is very friendly and nice, even the puppy at the lobby!! They explain the problem with great detail. We have been taking our cars there since we moved to Goldsboro, and every time is the same extraordinary experience, we are very happy taking our cars there. Highly recommended!!!!

Came here to have them check out my 2020 mustang. Really down to earth people. Gary is the owner and you can tell he takes great pride in what he do. I actually live in Greensboro but I decided to make the drive to come to this shop. I’m glad I did. The look of this shop is really impressive with nice looking equipment. The young lady at the front desk is very friendly as well. The people working on your car seem knowledgeable about what they do. I will definitely be bringing my car back here.

I have been coming to this place for auto repair, tire mounting, balancing and alignment for about a year now and they came highly recommended from a good friend as a place that takes pride in their work!!! I recently carried a set of wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced and explained in great detail how important it was to take your time and care on these because they go on a classic car that will be shown in local car shows! The owner assured me he would take care of them just leave the tires and wheels with him and he would take his time and do it right! Well when I went to pick them up the paint was chipped off the wheels and all they offered me were excuses as to why it happened and didn't even offer a discount after he obviously damaged my wheels!!! I paid him for his time but I will not be returning to this place for any more of their special care they show your car or parts!!! If they spent as much time listening to what the customer wanted instead of telling them what they need none of this would have ever happened in the first place!!!
