Huge shoutout to this shop for taking such good care of my truck! They repaired my heater core and front disc brakes, and the difference is night and day. The heat works beautifully now, and the brakes feel solid and safe. Everyone there was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the quick turnaround. I had an outstanding experience with Dylan @ NC Auto and Diesel Specialists. I can’t recommend them enough. Not only were their prices extremely reasonable, but they went above and beyond to help me save money. They took the time to look over my vehicle and informed me that I had five or six open recalls I had no idea about. Thanks to them, I was able to get those repairs handled for free through the Chrysler dealership. What impressed me most was the extra step they took: I live an hour and a half away and couldn’t manage the logistics of my vehicle breaking down myself, so they personally arranged to have my car moved from their shop to the dealership to make sure everything got taken care of. That level of service is rare. Honest, helpful, and genuinely looking out for their customers—this garage has earned my trust 100%. Highly recommended!
