SCAM ALERT. They came and did a quote, were impossible to get a hold of, horrible communication and came out to “put the cap on” but instead destroyed the chimney and knocked pieces of it off the roof and the pieces went through the roof of the shed, through an outdoor table and completely destroyed it, through the pool screen (and now there’s tons of pieces of chimney at the bottom of the pool) and completely minimized my feelings of anger about what had happened. They didn’t take their debris and actually returned and left the debris they took in the middle of my driveway. They were rude and nasty and completely will discount any anger you have. And the guy who did the chimney work returned later to my door when I was home alone with my toddlers and demanded I come outside to talk to him. Horrible. Absolutely horrible experience. SCAM SCAM SCAM

WARNING! These guys charged me $69 to come out to inspect my chimney and give me a written estimate to replace my chimney cap. We they showed up with a ladder not tall enough to get up to the top portion of my roof and then left. I've been calling for three weeks to ask for my written estimate because I WAS going to have them replace the chimney cap. Now, they are no longer taking my calls. So basically, they stole $69 from me. Beware of these guys and this scam, as they are obviously taking advantage of folks after the hurricane.
