A few years ago, I left my SUV here after breaking down on I-95 over a holiday weekend with just a voicemail for what happened and needed to be fixed. The guys at Charlie's worked with me even though I was two states away to get my SUV back up and running. They even worked around my schedule for picking up the car when I was able to get back into the area. The SUV has run great ever since. No complaints whatsoever.

Excellent service. Timely, professional, great follow-up and locally owned and operated. They accepted a walk-in, the father and son followed up and explained the issues simply and detailed while completing the repairs timely. It's a family enterprise as well. The vehicle was taken to a "Name Brand Chain" first, but Charlie's nailed the problem, identified the issues and the car runs fantastically. The value for service delivery is steller. They've got my family's business when we need it, for sure. I've told everyone I know to take their car to them. Thanks for the excellent work. I'd recommend you any day!!
