Martin and his coworker were AMAZING! They were very respectful and mindful of the new flooring and paint that was done just a few months ago. The outcome was way above what I expected!!! I really appreciated the technician who came out to diagnose my AC unit. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. He did a great job. However, I was quoted $3,400 to replace a failed blower motor. I ended up getting a second opinion from another company that was very transparent with their pricing. They charged me $460 for an OEM replacement motor and $400 for installation, which I found to be reasonable. The installation took about 30 minutes. In my opinion, the pricing difference was significant. I personally could not justify the large gap between the two quotes. I’m sure they would have done quality work, but I would encourage customers to get a second opinion when facing major repairs.

We had an excellent experience with Ace Fernandez from Champion AC. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our system and clearly explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how informative he was — he didn’t rush through anything and made sure all of our questions were answered. Ace was honest about our options and helped us feel confident in the decisions we needed to make. It’s hard to find technicians who truly take the time to educate homeowners, and he definitely went above and beyond. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Ace Fernandez.
