Awesome retail and installation experience (as usual) with Tim Grier and his "magicians". Shout out to Jack and Kim for also helping bring this IT impaired older person up to speed...LOL! Totally professional and very patient to work with me. Competitive pricing and personalized service. Plan to continue being a customer of CET for as long as they will have me... LOL! This place saved my day, literally. My custom-built PC, which had been running great for months, suddenly stopped working this morning around 9:30. I couldn’t even get online to start work, which is a huge issue since I work remotely and rely on my computer to make a living. I called CET Computer Magic at 9:40, and they picked up immediately. They listened to everything I had to say, let me share what I thought the issue might be, and were extremely collaborative from the very beginning. By 10:00 AM, I was already in their shop and they were actively working on it. They were incredibly welcoming and never made me feel dumb for not being sup... This place saved my day, literally. They explained everything they were doing, what tests they were running, what they were looking for, and treated me like a person, not just another ticket. After a thorough examination, they discovered the motherboard was faulty. They told me if I could get a replacement, they would install it that same day. I picked one up, brought it back, and they replaced the motherboard, reconfigured everything, and had it fully up and running just a few hours later. Thanks to them, I was able to get back online and start my workday. Their customer service is top tier, their technical skill is excellent, and the way they treat people is rare. If I ran a company, I would want every single one of them on my team. I will absolutely be coming back for any future tech needs. They are friendly, fast, and they care. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. If I could rate them higher, I would. Everyone in the Mooresville area should know about this place.
