Ron is one of the very few mechanics you can totally trust to give you only what you need to solve your problem. He's been the only one I will let work on my cars (7) for many years. Finding an honest, reliable, business like his is nearly impossible these days, and that says everything.
Ron first did all the work before giving me a quote like we had first agreed on. After I picked it up, I saw he had gouged my $225 custom camber plates. When I brought it by and showed him he said that “it wasn’t intentional and they are under the hood, so it’s not like you will see them all the time.” I told him that didn’t matter and they weren’t like that when I dropped it off. He then stepped back and said “well it’s not like this thing is show car, so I guess I don’t see why it’s a big problem.” Basically all he offered was a sorry, and walked away. So if you don’t care about how your car is treated, he’s the mechanic for you.
Had a water pump go out a few miles out of Noorwood, when I arrived they got the car in, replaced the pump and serpentine belt in under an hour and got me on the road. Service was friendly and honest, prices were very reasonable. Thanks to you all!
