Matt and team were exceedingly helpful to me when I was in a really tight spot with my 91 year old mother's car. He and team went WAY out of their way to help and I couldn't be more appreciative. I don't live in the area, which is a shame, because I certainly would use them as my preferred car guys! Brenda
I was in on 10/8/24 to have my battery checked, terminals cleaned, and engine air filter checked. The labor for the battery check and terminal cleaning was $138.97!! If I was told in advance it was going to be this much, I would have left. There is still corrosion on the terminals, see photo. My air filter was clean. I was advised I needed an oil change, which I approved, but was not informed it included a tire rotation. I did NOT need this done. ( nothing is free) This was my first experience with this shop and was hoping I found a place for future services. Definitely not. I asked for an adjustment on the battery check and terminal cleaning of $138.97, but received no reply. ( I did send them a photo) My advice: Make sure you get pricing in advance!! UPDATE: 12/6/24 The shop reached out to me to correct my battery cleaning, adjust the labor price, and apologize. My battery terminals are now clean and protected and all parties are satisfied. I will return there for service. Unable to change star rating.
Convenient online scheduling, night drop off box and pick up locker boxes, I was here for a business visit when I had issues with my rental vehicle Matt, Nate and Ms. Joyce were super friendly and helpful to my emergency situation, their auto repair facility is clean and welcoming, highly recommend!
