I literally just bought a phone case From here the other day and the next day is already broken. I have a iPhone 12 mini and he charged me and my boyfriend $15 a piece for a case don’t ever go here if you’re trying to buy a case, he will rip you off and they will break immediately.
If you need any cell work done on your phone do not go to #CellXpert at the White Oaks Mall. $350 to replace my phone screen and it's had nothing but dust behind it on the front facing camera since I had it fixed. I took it back and he said "there, all fixed"! But it still had a little bit of dust behind it. Well now it's insanely bad and the screen feels like it's coming loose cuz I can hear it pop when I touch it. I called and he says oh there's nothing we can do.... He says that's a common problem, and that I can replace my phone. My phone was brand new and all that happened was a crack in the screen which was my fault. But for what I had to pay to have it fixed and now they won't do anything about it....I don't recommend this place at all!!
He definitely does quality work. I thought $310 was a little pricey to fix an S23 Ultra screen. However, it was done in 35 minutes, so I won't complain.
1. Fast service 2. Great screen. It has great resolution and color contrast. 3. Great prices. You can't ask for much more than that. I will recommend him to everyone I know.
This place was excellent! The guy working really went out of his way to do a great job replacing our phone screen (he even replaced the back of our phone, too). Even though it's a hard phone to find replacement parts for (or even cases), they had the parts in stock. Our phone was alsofixed quickly! We highly recommend CellXpert to anyone needing to get a screen replaced on their phones or tablets.
