I had my phone screen repaired here about five or six months ago. Right after the repair, I told them that the sides of the screen weren’t working correctly. They offered only a $10 discount, even though the issue started immediately after the repair. Since then, the screen developed streaks and eventually a crack straight across the middle, despite me reporting the problems early on. When I went back asking for help or at least a reasonable discount or price match, they still quoted me $210, even though the first repair was clearly faulty. I’m disappointed because I tried to handle this respectfully, but the customer service and accountability weren’t there. I would recommend double-checking other repair shops before coming here
