Went in with my Samsung not optimistic about it being repaired soon since my phone is not common. Not only did the gentleman have the parts on hand, but he finished all of my repairs in 1 hour! I barely had time to get dinner! He is the epitome of professionalism and efficiency. I will recommend everyone come here for all of your fixes and needs!

I had my phone screen repaired here about five or six months ago. Right after the repair, I told them that the sides of the screen weren’t working correctly. They offered only a $10 discount, even though the issue started immediately after the repair. Since then, the screen developed streaks and eventually a crack straight across the middle, despite me reporting the problems early on. When I went back asking for help or at least a reasonable discount or price match, they still quoted me $210, even though the first repair was clearly faulty. I’m disappointed because I tried to handle this respectfully, but the customer service and accountab... I had my phone screen repaired here about five or six months ago.
