My first appointment time that I wanted several weeks for was a no show. When I called them to see what was going on they said “oh the electrician we had going to you got put on another call. And we didn’t save your number to notify you.” Okay, I rescheduled cuz I know things happen. Second rescheduled call, my phone rings and it is the receptionist telling me that they have to reschedule again because they put the electricians on other calls. I know things happen but after the first reschedule my appointment should have been priority. Really wish this experience was different and I hope things are different for future customers.
