My husband and I would definitely recommend a visit to Casa Carpet Tile & Flooring. The showroom is bright and displays a wide range of choices. We were served by Danny Delgado who is thoughtful and courteous as well as knowledgeable about flooring
My parents are remodeling a bathroom and we started to shop for tile. We went to the known big box stores and we just happened to swing by here to check it out. So glad we did, the prices are amazing (they even have in house same as cash deals) and we saved over $200, plus the tiles chosen were better than what we had seen. Trish was super helpful and handled our ordered super fast and effortlessly. I’ll definitely come back for any future needs.
Amazing service Trish knew exactly what we wanted, brought us samples, and let me know my options, great knowledge of their products and services! Highly recommend, thank you again!!
We purchased our wood floors from a local company. The sales representative was exceptional, and we were informed that any unused boxes could be returned with a 35% restocking fee, which was advantageous for us. However, after the installation, we returned the boxes to the store, only to be informed that we could not proceed with the return because they were considered special orders. I inquired further, and it turns out that a significant portion of the store’s inventory is considered special orders. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this when we purchased the floors. While we strive to support local businesses, this incident has led us... We purchased our wood floors from a local company.
