So grateful to Troy of Precision Clock for helping me restore my grandmother’s cuckoo clock and get it running again. This clock is a treasured childhood memory. Troy took the time to teach me how the clock works, how to hang and care for it, and how to troubleshoot easy issues. I purchased my 1890-1900 grandfather clock when I was stationed in Germany in 2016. After two military assignment changes, my grandfather clock stopped working in 2019.
