Michelle Alldredge was great! She kept us up to date on the order/delivery process for our couch. She actually helped us through the entire process and answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. Quality product and quality service!

I would recommend Carpet Weaver because my salesperson, Michelle Aldridge has a nice sense of humor and really helpful. This made the carpet selection process less stressful for a first time customer. I only had a room to carpet, so the scheduling was quick (less than a week) and the installation company, Pablo’s Flooring, had the new carpet installed in less than 2 hours. Even when the installation company accidentally carpeted over the HVAC duct, Michelle was quick to schedule time for Pablo’s Flooring to come out and fix the issue for free.

Our 30+ year old carpet that came with the house was in dire need of replacement. We have multiple pets and they present a unique set of needs when it comes to flooring in our home. We wanted current style, long term durability for all of our paws, and most importantly something easy to clean and maintain. Michelle showed us modern trends and listened to what we needed, and in the end found us a great product at a very competitive price. We went with a Mohawk glue down vinyl plank and after a month of real living we are very happy with the look, the durability and the very easy cleanup on those occasions where life happens.

This experience was great!! Michelle was a tremendous help as we looked to find a new style of carpet we have never had before. She was super patient and very helpful with us all through the process. I will definitely be using them again for more carpet. The installer Jon was a true pro as well. This guy did a great job installing our pattern carpet. It was truly perfect! I highly recommend them!
