Where to begin !!! My mother whom had recently purchased a new home and wanted to change her entire flooring through out this house , had used this company before when the “FATHER” owned it and thought it would still be a reputable company since the father retired and the son now has the company , boy was she wrong !!!! This adventure started 4 1/2 months ago and to start, the owner had two workers come in and rip up the existing floor . One didn’t speak a word of English and the other very little, making it very hard for my mother to communicate with them . That was the start of this process. Next day someone came back but it wasn’t the same two who began the process so basically not knowing where to start or where they left off . This one spoke not a word of English and had to use a Google translator to understand anything my mother was saying . He didn’t stay long only a couple of hours and left as they were told to go to another job site supposedly , but when my mother called the owner he always proclaimed he never knew where his workers were and ALWAYS had a story to tell of there whereabouts. My mother didn’t see anyone for a week I do believe after that day and this started the process of her getting up early everyday waiting for these workers to show up . She would call and the owner would say oh yes someone will be right over or HE would be right over which never happened . My mother would cancel plans and stay home and wait for these workers because the owner kept lying one lie right after the other about when they were coming and it never happened . The flooring when she first started that process of putting it in WAS THE WRONG FLOORING SHE ORDERED !!! Soooo she then had to go back in and pick something else out . So another trip to their place of business that was unnecessary. So that delayed the process once again, just as though she knew it would because he never had enough workers at any given time. He had no help because they were all quitting “my mother was told”! After hearing about this unbelievable story that was going on, my older brother got involved and made a call to this owner hearing nothing short of excuses once again. My brother informed him that he felt she was being taken advantage of and it wasn’t exceptable and that he needed to make this right. Once again more lies and more stories continued and it was dragged out , no one showing up no work getting done . Finally after “myself” her daughter made numerous calls ,things started to pick up speed , but he was sending one guy to finish this entire floor by himself . That too was dragged out because he was ripping him from her home and sending him elsewhere because he had no other workers . Every time you call this owner he has a story for everything . He is rude , quick to respond with what he thinks you want to hear. In the process of taking advantage of my elderly mother he called her and said he needed 2,000 extra with no explanation and of course she rushed right over and gave it to him thinking and assuming it was directly needed for the flooring . Unfortunately, she never asked what it was for which is not like her but again taking advantage of an elderly women !!! A very long story short , PLEASE RUN AND DO NOT STOP TO COLLECT YOUR 200 dollars !!! I would never come on here and explain in detail this horrific story if this experience was a good one . I truly believe in supporting local and praising and leaving amazing reviews, but what he put her through is truly one for the books . If Hollywood ever needed a fictional writer this owner would be there guy ! He had more stories than Walt Disney !!! Please take haste and find a different company if you not only value your time but your sanity and your wallet !!!
