Our experience with this company has been nothing less than 5⭐️. Our service technician Jose is kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and most of all reliable to deliver the expectation that we want. Our white chairs are always cleaned to perfection and our carpet stains due to animal accidents are deminished. To avoid the soiling of the carpets is only “our fault” as the cleaning has been essential to eliminate the odors & reason for our puppies to go back. Look no further .. this company is truly the best!

Carpet Cleaning Experts rotated our museum’s large rug and were courteous, respectful, and professional. We’re also getting a quote for their cleaning our hardwood floors. We have worked with them before and will again and highly recommend their services.

I hired Carpet Cleaning Experts to perform a full deep cleaning of my sectional using a truck-mounted system. Unfortunately, the service was not completed as promised. After the first visit, visible surface dirt remained on the sectional. Although the service was described as “dry cleaning,” my house was left smelling strongly of chemicals afterward. Once the couch had fully dried, it was clear that large portions had not been properly cleaned. I contacted the company five days later to raise my concerns. This was my first experience with Carpet Cleaning Experts but it won’t be my last! They came out same day, did an excellent job, and I am extremely happy with the results. I got my couch cleaned (because….pets!!!) and I highly recommend! Customer service is also top notch. Friendly, quick to respond, easy to reach, everything was explained clearly and just overall, amazing. Pricing is extremely fair and worth every penny. I will 100 percent be using them again.
