I hired Carpet Cleaning Experts to perform a full deep cleaning of my sectional using a truck-mounted system. Unfortunately, the service was not completed as promised. After the first visit, visible surface dirt remained on the sectional. Although the service was described as “dry cleaning,” my house was left smelling strongly of chemicals afterward. Once the couch had fully dried, it was clear that large portions had not been properly cleaned. I contacted the company five days later to raise my concerns. A redo appointment was scheduled, and a second technician came out. He told me he could clean the entire sectional and acknowledged that additional visible soil could be removed. However, he stated that the company would not allow him to clean the rest of the couch due to company restrictions. After they already told me they would come back and clean it. Once again, only the arms and front were cleaned. At no point was I informed that only partial cleaning would be performed. Additionally, I was asked to sign a digital work order that I was unable to read or review before signing. After two visits, the sectional still was not fully cleaned despite paying for a complete deep cleaning service. The owner has not accepted responsibility for the incomplete service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I have before-and-after photos and written communication that clearly support the details outlined in this review.
