Braun was professional, thorough and so helpful in guiding me to a reasonable solution to my water heater and water softener problems. I've had this company before and so far they seem fair and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about this family run company. People can get so nervous when trying to find a good reputable plumbing service. I called these folks in the morning concerning a bathroom drain leak. They scheduled, and sent a plumber out to my place (Jonathan) before noon. Jonathan was very polite, and courteous. He was very conscience about not tracking in anything from outside. Jonathan, being insured, and a licensed plumber, was very knowledgeable about the plumbing profession. From start to finish we had the best experience! Mike was so thorough and seemed like he truly cared. He explained everything in detail which we appreciated. They got him out here SO quickly which was exactly what we needed. They turned our frustrating day around!
