Always on time & they always do a great job! They did a full install / replacement system for my new home & went above & beyond to make sure I have everything I need. Even things that weren’t initially on their scope of work. I have also used them for several of my clients & they are always fantastic & do a great job! I couldn’t recommend Service First Heating & Cooling enough!

Greg and his team are amazing! They came in and found a solution for us and fixed everything we needed. They really took the time to explain everything and got us all fixed up very fast.

I’m so glad I found Service First. Kevin came out today to install a humidifier and a new return drop. He was incredibly diligent, professional, and neat. The install looks great and the humidifier is amazing. I wish I had got one sooner. He even went the extra mile by inspecting my unit and sealing up old duct leaks to make sure everything was running perfectly. I finally feel at ease with my HVAC system and immediately signed up for their service agreement for the peace of mind. Great company and a top-tier employee!

I’ve had Service First out to fix a few issues including my humidifier and I’ve been so happy with them. I used to use a different heating company before and I always felt overcharged. I will definitely be calling Service First for any future issues. The techs are super friendly, the prices are great, and they are generally able to fix issues right away. I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the first person I had out (I think it was the owner of the company) but recently I’ve had Randal fix a few things and he is wonderful. He really cares and wants to make sure everything is done right

I recently had a new HVAC system installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, completed the installation quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend! I dealt with Randall the most and he was as super kind and patient! I had a lot of questions since I had never experienced this prior! The whole team was great! Thank you Greg, Jimmy and Corey also!
