Went in for the first time today, the man working was immediately very helpful and the staff was very nice. I liked that they cleaned the Nintendo 64 games for me when I bought them. It was a nice touch as I always have to clean them myself when I buy from other local places.
Have shopped at this store regularly since its opening, and bought a mixture of singles and boxed product. Fairly priced for buying, trade in and condition for MTG, boxed product is reasonably priced outside of wholesale spikes, friendly staff and good events community. They are very transparent when assessing card condition and do so in front of you for purchasing or trading, and will happily have a second staff member cross check if there is a discrepancy.
Staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is great. I often attend their Pokemon events and it’s always a great time. They also are great about explaining things during events to make sure everyone knows what’s going on and the rules etc. They also are great about if I ever have questions on cards. Highly recommend!!
