Good experience. Plenty of choice in appliance types and prices to match level of features and all. Many of the items I browsed through looked much better than the scratch and dent items I have seen or purchased in the past. I am not an appliance snob so functionality an utilitarian is fine by me and they offer it all.
I purchased a top load washer and a dryer at different times from Alan. These are some of the best appliances I have owned. The service to find exactly what I needed was great. The price was reasonable too. I will return when I need to replace any other household appliances.
Amazing prices! Great local small business! Awesome customer service. I will buy from this business again! I saved a ton of money buying a name brand "scratch/dent" washer/dryer combo, brand new with warranty, just had a little cosmetic damage.
So I purchased a Samsung dishwasher @ Lowes 16 months ago and it crapped out on me. Don't want to get into the extended protection plan as I did purchase one, but that is a whole other story. My neighbors suggested that I check out BuyLow Appliance & More before purchasing a new Bosch dishwasher through a big box store again. Words cannot express how pleased I am and glad that they suggested this! I purchased a Bosch 500 Series dishwasher normally priced $1,300 at any big box store, and thanks to a tiny little blemish that took me forever to find, I paid a little over half the price! Furthermore, I still get the one year factory warranty, and peace of mind knowing that I can go straight to them with any problem whatsoever. The owner is extremely nice, and Alex their manager is just as nice too! Screw big box stores! If I can help it, I will only buy from them from here on out. They have a no pressure approach, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond every step of the way! Can you say that about your last trip to any other Big box store? Not to also mention, you're helping support small business owners! The backbone of our country is small business owners, and I am thrilled that I got a great deal and got to support the small business owner. If I can give them 10 stars, I would give them 10! Thank you all so much for the amazing experience, I will be back to make future purchases!
