This is the most unprofessional business I have ever come across. I was hung up on three times and yelled at by the owner and the owners son after a brief inquiry. I have used them three times prior to this incident and each time it has been a hassle. Their prices are extremely high, and their scheduling is a nightmare. They have to come back to fix errors that they made while trying to repair and service equipment and now they cuss you out when you tell them you have an emergency and need assistance. As a small business who only has one fryer and a *return Burney’s customer* they could have at least tried to accommodate me. But instead, I was told that I would have to wait two days or pay double for “overtime” since it was almost 4pm. I called at 1:30pm. Imperial only uses this company to service their equipment here in Las Vegas so I’m almost forced to work with this unprofessional business. I would rather STOP using imperial products and never have to use Burney’s Commercial Services again.
