Can't get them to answer me or schedule anything. I've had to call a few times and now they won't even answer after telling me they would get back to me. There's literally nowhere else to get my window repaired and I'm 8 months pregnant so I didn't want to take the frame out myself to take it to a closer shop. These people just clearly don't want my business for some reason and winter is coming, I'll soon have a newborn and im stuck with a broken window. Shame.
They did the windows in my house and I am very happy with them
There were right on time. And they were half the price of others places! We were shocked really. I thought what excuse will they have to charge us more after they ordered this large bay window. Seems like Somerset has a lot of shady business practices! But they did just what they said! We are very pleased with them!!
