They were very nice. They looked at our truck and we could’ve swore we were hearing a sound and they took time other day to drive it around twice and it turned out. The sound went away, but it was really nice that they did not charge us for that. I felt like this was an honest repair shop.

My son’s Hyundai broke down, he used triple A, and it was towed to Bullard Auto repair. The initial quote was around $900, for the crankshaft pulley and power steering was squeaky. Bullard Auto Repair went above and beyond to work on my 2007 F250 6.0 diesel. Not many mechanics have much experience with this engine but Bullard does. My engine would start fine when cold but would not start when it was hot. I had this problem before and thought it was the same issue. Bullard did a diagnostic and determined it was not what I thought but a completely different problem. To make a long story short, Bullard replaced several bad components and got me on my way quickly. We were traveling thru Amarillo and had a major issue with my truck. Went to their shop and they did a very thorough diagnostic to find the issue. Part had to be ordered and Brandon even gave us a ride to get a rental for the night. He took the time to find the problem, and went the extra mile to get us back on the road!
